Welcome to Merry wood offering friendly , modern, and superbly appointed Bed & Breakfast accommodation in the rural idyll of Nether Stowey, situated at the foot of the Quantock Hills, at the start of the Coleridge Way.

Walkers, Mountain Bikers, Real Ale Fans, Gastronomes and Business Guests alike all receive an equally warm West Country welcome from David and Jenny. The accommodation can only be described as staggering, the vast (30ft by 20ft) family bedrooms lounge and dining areas were added to the existing house in 2005 creating en-suite facilities, with bath and power showers, all finished to a high standard of decor. Merrywood B&B has a separate access than the owners dwelling and benefits from free wi-fi connection and private parking.

Situated at the start of the Coleridge Way walk and just 150m from the centre of the village, guests benefit from easy access to the three public houses , premier shop , post office, library, doctors surgery and nearby restaurants, whilst also experiencing true peace and tranquility. Merrywood offers comfortable and friendly B & B accommodation from which to explore the local area.
