The Gt. Orme Tramway, Mines and Cable Car, Ski and Snowboard Centre, Venue Cymru (Theatre and Conference Centre), Bodafon Farm Park, Mostyn Art Gallery, the North Shore Beach with Victorian Pier and Promenade, and the quieter West Shore Beach, are all within walking distance of both properties. The main shopping area, Mostyn St., with its individual shops, cafes and restaurants, and indoor shopping precinct, are just around the corner. Also, the new retail development, Parc Llandudno, which includes Debenhams, Laura Ashley, Next and Monsoon, are a 15 minutes walk away.

For those wishing to venture further afield, the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, which includes Beddgelert, Betws-y-coed and the Vale of Conwy, also, the coastal resorts of North Wales, are all short drives away. The lovely Isle of Anglesey is just a 40 min. drive, and the historic towns of Caernafon, Conwy and Chester, are also well worth a visit.
