inda Sands the Founder of Tops and Tails is a professional Dog Groomer with a life time of experience handling and working dogs. She started Tops and Tails 10 years ago. Prior to this she worked as dog trainer and behaviourist for 15 years. She is a devoted dog lover and regularly competes at Dog Shows. She has also has competed at Crufts with her much loved Border Collies.
