Stephen Funnell is a Chartered Architect who has worked in both the private and public sectors and has wide experience of working on projects from £20,00 to £20,000,000, most of our current schemes are however in the private sector ranging up to £500,000 where we can give one to one services and personal attention to each client.

With over thirty years in practice , we have a wealth of experience and knowledge of a wide variety of building types, working with Listed Buildings, agricultural buildings, restaurants, clubs, factories, offices, light industrial buildings, private houses, estate design, extensions and alterations, conversations and refurbishment, grant aided works, disabled adaptation and alterations.
We provide architectural services from inception and briefing through to completion, including preparation of Planning Applications, Building Regulation submissions, preparation of tender and construction documentation, obtaining builders tenders, reporting on tenders and provision of contract administration throughout the build phase of the project.
