Barbara and Bob welcome you into our home where you will find your stay warm, friendly, safe, peaceful, accommodating and a home away from home. All of our rooms are en-suite aside from the single room with it’s private bathroom, and some of them even have special unique features such as a private kitchenette en-suite, and another has a split level with a dining area.

As well as its built heritage, Ware is set in some of the most beautiful countryside in the Home Counties. There are walks along the River Lea and the New River and along the valleys of the rivers Ash and Rib. The towpath of the River Lea gives access to Nature Reserves on both sides of the town – the Meads between Ware and Hertford and the Amwell Nature Reserve which is now visited and enjoyed by bird-watchers nationwide.
