Porthtowan Tourist Park is a 6 acre touring site spread over three level fields making it ideal for motorhomes as well as tents and caravans. Surrounded by farmland, we offer our visitors the opportunity to relax in beautiful peaceful countryside or walk the nearby South West Coast path and Mineral Trail.

We are one mile from Porthtowan beach, which has achieved Blue Flag status for a number of years and is one of the most spectacular beaches on the North Cornwall coast. Well known for its surf and surf school, it is also family friendly with a large expanse of sand and plenty of rock pools and caves to explore.

As a base for visiting Cornwall there is plenty to do in the area with a variety of beaches, gardens and attractions within easy reach and only eight miles from the cathedral city of Truro.

For the 9th Year running, we have been awarded Silver in the David Bellamy Conservation Awards. In seeking environmental excellence Parks are assessed on a number of factors, the cultivation of flora and fauna, the creation of habitats to encourage a variety of wildlife, recycling and resources / waste management. This involves an inspection by the local wildlife group as well as feedback from our customers.
