We are a family based business having had twelve years experience within the Guest House trade. We pride ourselves on giving a first class service along with a friendly welcome for our guests.

We are well situated close to the town centre and also very accessible to the Aylesbury Main Line Station to London Marylebone. The new Aylesbury WatersideTheatre, Cinema and a choice of good pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, not forgetting our King’s Head Inn which is steeped in history and offers organic wines and Chiltern Ales.

There are some excellent cycling and walking routes and lovely National Trust buildings to visit such as Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim Palace and Stowe School and Gardens. Places of interest include Whipsade Zoo, Leighton Buzzard and Quainton Steam Train Centre and Silverstone Race Circuit.

We are also about ten minutes by car for the Stoke Mandeville Hospital should you be visiting relatives or friends.

Please note that there are two steps down at the front gate plus a fairly wide staircase with banister The bedroom and en suite are all on one floor with no steps.

There is no problem parking although we do not have private parking and there is unrestricted street parking with no charges.
