Oak Cottage offers you a delightful, secluded first floor flat within converted stables that date back to 1880. The flat is situated in a peaceful location yet is just approximately six minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and all the amenities of the town centre.

This much sought-after holiday destination appeals to walkers of all grades, people who enjoy fishing, cycling and skiers, also those wishing to visit the acclaimed Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Pitlochry dam and fish ladder and Pitlochry golf course. It is the perfect base for touring Scotland.

I offer holiday accommodation all year round, with short breaks of three nights or more available out of season. Prices start from just £120 for three nights.

Accommodation

Oak Cottage has an open plan spacious lounge and fully equipped dining kitchen, a lovely double bedroom and shower room. There is a small south-facing and very private garden.

The flat is a cosy, spacious retreat for people wanting a quiet hideaway in which to relax and unwind.

The lounge/kitchen diner offers you an electric fire, TV, DVD, books, games, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer. The bedroom, which is south and east facing, features a double bed or two singles, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The shower room offers an instant electric unit in a spacious tiled enclosure.

The flat is double glazed and offers central heating by electric storage heaters. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. A cot (but no linen) and a high chair are available. No smoking is allowed.

Car parking is in a private cobbled courtyard. Access to the flat is by an outside stone stair from the garden. This has a lawned area and flower beds, garden furniture and a stone-built BBQ. The garden is a delightful, completely secluded south-facing suntrap. There is a large wooden earth-floored shed where bicycles or other equipment may be stored.

The Cottage is let on a weekly basis, from a Saturday to Saturday. Out of season short breaks of 3 days or more are available with arrival and departure dates to suit your convenience.
