Here at Castlefield Kennels, we provide many other complementary services for your pets. From grooming and training to veterinary services, all needs are catered for.

Grooming Parlour

Dogs of all sizes, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs can enjoy a pampering in our fully equipped Grooming Parlour. Pet trims and de-matting, clipping of the nails or a wash and blow dry are all available here, with specially formulated products to suit coat type and sensitive skins.

Training Hall

We also have a purpose built, indoor training hall for all types of dog. Expertly used by the Ilkeston District Dog Training Club (which is run by experienced trainer Hazel Reynolds), the hall caters for Pet Obedience, Fun Agility and the KC Good Citizen Scheme.

All dogs of different abilities are welcome to come and scrub up on their skills! Within the hall there is also an area for photography, providing plain coloured back drops and a raised platform to achieve the best image of your pet.

Pet Collection & Delivery Service

If you have problems getting you dog or cat to us, arrangements can be made for collection and delivery of pets within the local area. Please contact a member of staff if you would like more information on this service.

Veterinary Surgery

For added peace of mind, we are proud to have the accomplished and trusted Veterinarians, The Jamieson Group onsite, which have been up and running since late 2008.
