We are within 1 mile of the North Wales border and 15 minutes pleasant walk from Chester City Centre. We are situated just behind the oldest racecourse in England, The Roodee Chester Racecourse. Other sporting facilities are available nearby.

We are 8 time winners of the coveted ‘Chester in Bloom’ award for our beautiful gardens. A large free car park is to be found at the rear of our pet friendly guest house.

A varied extensive breakfast menu is always available with vegetarians catered for when required. Breakfast is served with locally sourced produce and free range eggs.
