Founded over ten years ago by Shaughn Arkwell, Arkwell Services, based in East Sussex, is a local, independent firm which is thoroughly expert in all forms of property maintenance, such as cleaning and decorating, internal and external decorating, whether domestic or commercial. We are members of the Painting and Decorating Association/Master Decorators and are Prochem-trained.

We offer two levels of cleaning services, gold and silver. All quotations are individual to the client and depend on the amount of work to be done, but (just to give you an idea) the cost for top-to-bottom domestic cleaning is likely to be in the region of £250 to £300. We offer excellent services like internal and external decorating, domestic carpet cleaning, cleaning and restoration after fires and cleaning and restoration after floods.

Our clients include Sheffield Park (decorating), Ashton Burtenshaw (letting agents), Greyfriars Court (especially carpets), Shelleys Hotel and The Crown Inn. Rowland Gorringe recommended carpet cleaners in East Sussex. We are the only firm of carpet cleaners in the East Essex area recommended by Rowland Gorringe for people moving house.
